The short version: Tab Board is free to use. Your board is yours and lives on your computer. We never receive it, so please keep backups. Don't misuse or resell the extension. It's provided as-is, and Ontario law applies.

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Digital Vision Media Group Inc., a Canadian corporation at 125-720 King Street West, Suite 216, Toronto, ON, M5V3S5 ("we", "us"), about your use of the Digital Vision Tab Board Chrome extension ("Tab Board"). By installing or using Tab Board, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use it. If you use Tab Board for an organization, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Licence

Tab Board is free. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use it, for personal use or for your own business. You may not:

We own Tab Board, including its code, name and logo. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you.

3. Your data

Everything you save in Tab Board belongs to you and is stored only on your computer, as described in the Tab Board Privacy Policy. We never receive your data, so we can't recover it for you. You're responsible for keeping backups. Tab Board writes an automatic backup to your Downloads folder, and you can export your board at any time. Uninstalling the extension, clearing Chrome's data or losing your device can permanently delete your board.

We do not use your data, and we have none of it, for artificial intelligence or model training, advertising, or any other purpose.

4. Third-party websites and services

Tab Board stores and opens links to other websites. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Tab Board runs inside Google Chrome. Google Chrome and the Chrome Web Store are governed by Google's own terms. Chrome is a trademark of Google LLC. Tab Board is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Google.

5. Updates and changes

We may update Tab Board from time to time, for example to fix problems or add features, and updates may install automatically through the Chrome Web Store. We may also change, pause or stop offering Tab Board. If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Tab Board after a change means you accept the updated terms.

6. No warranty

Tab Board is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that Tab Board will be error-free, uninterrupted or that it will never lose data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Digital Vision Media Group Inc. and its directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, Tab Board. Our total liability for any claim relating to Tab Board is limited to CAD $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

8. Ending these terms

You can stop using Tab Board at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you break these terms. Sections 3, 6, 7 and 9 continue to apply after these terms end.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
