Preview of The Systems Stack Worksheet: a scoring table for ranking the 8 to 10 tasks that take most of your week by where they sit today, time cost, and value of the work.

The Systems Stack Worksheet

List the 8–10 things eating your week. Score each on where it sits today, what it costs in hours, and how valuable the work is. The sheet ranks them, so you know what to fix first — and whether it needs a system, an automation, or AI.

Preview of The One-Page Process Plan: a one-page form for capturing a single business process, its steps, judgment points, and a three-month owner-absence test.

The One-Page Process Plan

Take your number one and get it out of your head: the trigger, the steps, the one or two calls that need your judgment, the metric that says it's working. Mark which steps a client would feel and which they wouldn't — the wouldn'ts are what you automate.

Is this useful on its own, or just a teaser?
Useful on its own. Fill both in this week and act on them without ever talking to us. What a worksheet can't see: your margins, where deals stall, how much change your team can absorb. The ranking and the first captured process are real output regardless.
My work is too specialised to systematise. Does this still apply?
The expert judgment — the diagnosis, the strategy, the difficult client call — never goes on a worksheet. But that's usually a third of the steps in a process; the rest is logistics: intake, scheduling, follow-up, file setup. That's what this helps you find and hand off.
I've paid a consultant for this before and nothing changed.
Usually because the output was a document nobody adopted. This is deliberately one page per process — short enough to use, specific enough to hand to someone. Building and adopting it with you is a separate conversation; the worksheets are yours either way.
I'm not trying to sell or retire. Is this still for me?
Yes. The point is choice — a business that doesn't depend on you being the bottleneck is one you can grow, step back from, mentor alongside, or sell. This helps you get there regardless of which you pick.
